研究领域

研究兴趣集中在 IT 支持的交互平台中,如何促进多方的交互、信息分享与合作创新。研究话题主要包括(1)专业人员-用户异质性交互的问题探究;(2)AI-用户的异质性交互的问题探究;(3)用户-用户交互同质性交互的问题探究。关注的研究场景包括:众筹,众包,医疗服务,AI服务。采用的研究方法包括:基于统计方法的因果推断、实地实验、问卷调研、文本分析。
